These Terms & Conditions govern the commercial and contractual relationship between the client and Sign Design GB Ltd. By instructing us to proceed with design, manufacturing, or installation services, you agree to be bound by these definitive terms.
Manufacturing and Quality Guarantee
All products are manufactured under rigorous ISO 9001 quality management. Structural components are designed and fabricated adhering to BS EN 1090 principles to ensure compliance, safety, and longevity. We guarantee the consistency required for national brand execution.
Installation, Access, and Liability
All site works are conducted by CHAS/SafeContractor accredited personnel. The client is responsible for providing safe, clear, and timely site access. We reserve the right to pause installation, with potential cost implications, if safety protocols or contractual access requirements are not met.
Warranties and Maintenance
A 12-month parts and labour warranty is standard from the date of certified handover. This warranty may be extended via a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) agreement, which is recommended to protect the asset's structural and illumination integrity.
